山东大学齐鲁医院血液科15年间再障患者发病情况的回顾性研究

目的：了解在山东大学齐鲁医院血液科治疗的再生障碍性贫血（再障）患者发病的总体情况。方法：对1988～2002年在我院血液科住院的再障患者的发病情况进行回顾性分析。结果：15年间再障患者622例次，共502人。男略多于女，40岁以前的患者明显多于40岁以后的患者。患者的职业构成以农民和工人居多，其他职业患者的比例呈逐年上升趋势。化学因素是继发性再障最常见的病因。结论：齐鲁医院血液科15年收治的再障患者的总体情况与我国此病的流行病学的调查结果基本相符。充分重视环境因素及生活方式的变化对预防再障有一定作用。

A retrospective analysis on the onset of aplastic anemia patients hospitalized at hematology department of Qilu hospital of Shandong University in fifteen years

Objective: To describe the general characteristics of the onset of aplastic anemia in patients admitted to Qilu hospital of Shandong University. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed among patients treated at Qilu hospital between 1988 and 2002. Results: During this period, a total of 622 events of aplastic anemia were observed on 502 patients. Among these patients, male was more than female and patients younger than 40 were more than patients older than 40. Peasants and workers were the most components and patients in other occupations were increasing gradually every year. Chemical factors were the most common reason for secondary aplastic anemia. Conclusion: The onset of the patients in our study was consistent with the epidemiologic results in China. Paying more attention to environmental and social changes would be helpful to prevent aplastic anemia.
