| Abstract: | The transverse cerebellar diameter was measured in 62 nondiabetic and 30 diabetic women with large for gestational age fetuses. Using reference curves from 675 women with normal gestations between 14-42 weeks, head circumference and abdominal circumference overestimated gestational age significantly in both study groups, whereas the transverse cerebellar diameter did not. |
