交锁髓内钉植入治疗同侧股骨、胫骨干骨折34例

摘    要:为观察应用交锁髓内钉植入治疗同侧股骨、胫骨干骨折的效果,选择河南省洛阳正骨医院2000-11/2005-12收治的创伤性同侧股骨干中下1/3以近、胫骨中上1/3骨折患者34例,选用江苏武进三厂生产的钛合金交锁髓内钉,从髌前外切口入路,分步骤进行股骨、胫骨穿针治疗。术后随访≥6个月,34例患者骨折均获解剖复位,均骨性愈合,术后膝关节功能评价良好,植入髓内钉固定牢固,无松动断钉感染等不良事件及副作用发生。提示髌前外切口入路交锁髓内钉植入治疗同侧股骨、胫骨干骨折,操作简单疗效满意。

Abstract:To observe the effect of interlocking intramedallary nail transplantation on homonymy fracture of shaft of tibia and femur. Totally 34 patients with traumatic homonymy fractures of middle-inferior 1/3 segment femurs and middle-superior 1/3 segment tibias were selected from Henan Luoyang Orthopedics Hospital from November 2000 to December 2005. Ti-alloy interlocking intramedallary nail made in Wujin Ter-factory of Jiangsu province was applied. To select the fron-outside patella opening approach, a needle was thread to femur and tibia step by step. Follow-up was performed at least 6 months after operation. The fractures of 34 patients got dissection positioning and synostosis. Functional evaluation of postoperative knee joint was good. Inserted bone nails were fixed, and there were no bad events such as cinched, breakdown nails and infections or side effects. It indicated that the modus operandi is simple and satisfactory to select the fron-outside patella opening approach and interlocking intramedallary nail to treat homonymy fracture of shaft of tibia and femur.
