彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病患者下肢动脉的检测分析

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的临床诊断价值。方法:选择2008年6月～2010年5月笔者所在科室收治已确诊的糖尿病患者120例作为观察组,选择同期体检中心体检的120例健康者作为对照组。采用彩色多普勒超声检测两组选择对象的下肢动脉内径、中内膜层(IMT)、粥样斑块及血流频谱,进行比较。结果:观察组IMT、粥样斑块较对照组明显增厚(P<0.05);观察组下肢动脉明显狭窄段、闭塞段检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);大部分狭窄段位于膝关节以下动脉。结论:彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病患者下肢血管的早期诊断、早期治疗及预防糖尿病足、下肢坏疽的发生有重要的临床指导:意义。

Detection and Analysis of Lower Extremity Arteries in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of the lower limb in diabetes by color doppler ulstrasound.Methods:From June 2008 to May 2010,the observation group was 120 diabetic patients in department of our hospital,the control group was composed of 120 healthy cases.The ininer caliber,IMT,atheromatous plaques and blood flow spectrum of lower extremity artery were measured and compared with control group’ s.Results:The observation group of IMT was thicker than the control group’ s(P<0.05);The check-out rates of marked narrow segments and occlusivesegments in the low extremity artery in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group’ s(P<0.01).Conclusion:Color doppler ulstrasound has important clinical values in the early diagnosis,early treatment,and prevention of diabetic foot and lower limb gangrene.
