| 摘 要： | 目的探讨交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)在失眠诊断中的临床价值,为失眠患者的诊断提供辅助指标。方法对40例伴躯体形式障碍失眠患者及42例不伴躯体形式障碍失眠患者和38例性别年龄相匹配的健康对照组分别进行SSR检查,记录SSR的异常率和SSR的潜伏期及波幅,并进行相关统计分析。结果 2病例组SSR异常率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且2病例组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2病例组N1、P1潜伏期与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05),2病例组间比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2病例组波幅与对照组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05),2病例组之间比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 SSR可反映失眠患者尤其是伴躯体形式障碍的失眠患者的自主神经功能状况,对诊断有重要的参考价值。
