| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨舒康博水凝胶敷料治疗经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)所导致机械性静脉炎的效果.方法 将70例PICC后机械性静脉炎的患者采用随机数字法分为两组,试验组予舒康博水凝胶敷料外贴,对照组给予多磺酸黏多糖乳膏(喜疗妥)外涂.观察两组患者在治疗后的第2、第5、第7天的治疗效果及疼痛情况.结果 试验组治疗第2天,显效率为94%(33/35),患者主诉局部红、肿、痛明显减轻,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,说明试验组方法起效快;治疗第7天试验组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义.治疗第2、第5、第7天试验组局部疼痛程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),说明试验组方法缓解局部疼痛效果明显.结论 舒康博水凝胶敷料治疗PICC所导致机械性静脉炎的效果较好,并能有效减轻局部疼痛.
