| 摘 要： | 应用薄层扫描法,以硅胶H-CMC-Na铺板,苯-丙酮(4:1)为展开剂.将胎盘中胆固醇与其它成分分离,从而快速、准确地测定出胎盘中的胆固醇含量.结果表明:人胎盘与猪、牛胎盘中的胆固醇含量存在有一定差异.鉴此,可以胆固醇为标准,用薄层扫描法,对胎盘的中成药制剂进行检测.

| Abstract: | A method for TLC-desitometric determination of cholesterol in placentas and their Chinese patent medicines was established. The sample was separated on silica gel H-CMC-Na plate using benzene acetone(4 :1) as developer. The result of experiment shows that there is certain difference of cholesterol among placentas of human beings, pigs and oxen. Two Chinese patent medicines were determinated respectively by using cholesterol as the standard of comparison. |
