图示法健康教育在老年开胸患者围术期的应用

目的 探讨应用自制的图示对老年开胸围术期患者进行健康教育的效果,寻求一种直观、实用易懂的健康教育方法.方法 将入选的68例老年开胸患者随机分为试验组35例,采用图示法健康教育;对照组33例,采用常规健康教育.分别对健康教育掌握程度、术后遵医行为、胸腔闭式引流留置时间、肺部并发症发生率及术后住院天数进行比较.结果 试验组健康教育掌握程度和术后遵医行为优于对照组,胸腔闭式引流留置时间和术后住院天数比对照组短,肺部并发症发生率低于对照组,P均〈0.05.结论 图示法健康教育易于老年患者掌握,提高术后遵医行为,减少术后肺部并发症,缩短住院天数,促进早日康复.

Application of graphical method in perioperative health education for aged patients undergoing thoracic surgical procedures

Objective To explore the effects of graphical method in perioperative health education for aged patients undergoing thoracic surgical procedures. Methods Totally 68 patients were randomly divided into experimental group（n=35） and control group（n=33）. The experimental group was implemented perioperative health education by graphical method,and the control group was implemented traditional health education. The health education effects were compared. Results The experimental group was better in knowledge level about disease and medical compliance than the control group（P〈0.05）. The detaining time of thoracic drainage tube and hospitalization days after the operation of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in the incidence of lung complication between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Application of graphical method in health education can improve aged patients＇ compliance,decrease the incidence of lung complication,shorten hospitalization days,and promote the patients＇ recovery.
