| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颌面部软组织缺损的修复方法。方法：根据38例病人颌面部软组织缺损面积的大小采用不同类型的带蒂组织瓣修复。结果：38例病人术后组织瓣转移修复均存活，术后病人颌面部软组织功能及外形得到明显改善．结论：颌面部软组织缺损的整复和术式的选择应依据缺损的情况、各种皮瓣的特点和术者的技能经验，精心设计，采用不同类型的皮瓣修复缺损，可获得较为满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the reconstructed method of the soft tissues defection in the maxillofacial region.Methods:38 patients(18 cases of male and 20 cases of female) with the soft tissue defection in maxillofacial region were reconstructed using different pedicle flaps transfer.Results:Tissue flap reconstruction after surgery survived and all the pauients achieved primary healing with satisfactory contour and function.Conclusion:According to our experience,careful design of the flap was very important for obtaining better surgical results and decreasing complications. |
