| 摘 要： | 目的:评价单纯三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT)与经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)结合3DCRT治疗不能手术的原发性肝癌(HCC)的疗效.方法:1999年1月至2001年10月,98例不能手术的HCC患者中,67例单纯3DCRT,31例TACE 1～2次后3DCRT.放疗采用6MV射线,6Gy/次,隔日1次,总剂量54～60Gy;TACE采用超液态碘油、顺铂、吡喃阿霉素、丝裂霉素、明胶海绵颗粒经肝动脉化疗栓塞.结果:3DCRT组与3DCRT TACE组近期有效率分别为83.6%、87.1%,1、2、3年生存率分别为89.6%、53.7%、22.4%和90.3%、51.6%、25.8%,两组差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论:3DCRT可作为非手术治疗HCC的有效方法之一.
