Study on the information building developing in ITHC

Methods Introduce synthesized business management system, telephone answer-consulting system, operator's interface the information searching system, public information broadcasting the system, image identifying system. Results By information building, it can increase effectively the whole exam ability and service level, as well as the policy the ability of administration management.
