| 摘 要： | 目的观测糖尿病健康教育在改善糖尿病患者糖、脂代谢中的作用。方法2型糖尿病患者134例,分为实验组(A组68例)和对照组(B组66例)。在降糖药物不变的基础上实验组接受糖尿病教育3个月,对照组未接受糖尿病教育。观察两组患者试验前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压及体重指数。结果实验组在3个月健康教育后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压较前有明显下降(P<0.05),对照组在实验期间空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血经蛋白、血脂、血压较前无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病健康教育能有效改善糖尿病的糖脂代谢紊乱。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of diabetic health education on improving glucose metabolism. Methods One hundred and thirty-four diabetic patients were randomly divided into the experimental group (68 cases) received three months diabetic health education,and control group (66 cases) was only treated with conventional therapy.Drug therapy of all patients was not changed during the observation.The FBG,PBG,GHbA1C,TG,TC,BP and BMI were detected. Results The FBG,PBG,GHbA1C,TG,TC,BP were significantly improved after diabetic health education in experimental group(P<0.05),and were not improved in control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Diabetic health education can improve the glucose metabolism in diabetic patient. |
