| 摘 要： | 目的评估医院中药注射剂的应用状况。方法对医院2006年至2008年中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均用药金额（DDDc）等进行统计、分析。结果中药注射剂3年的用药金额逐年增长,心脑血管类中药注射剂用药金额及DDDs 3年中排序稳居首位,DDDc以抗肿瘤类中药注射剂最高。结论中药注射剂用量快速增长,显示其需求市场较大。中药注射剂是一种大有发展潜力的中药剂型,尤其是在发展中医、解决急症治疗方面,将是必不可少的剂型。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the drug use status of Chinese medicine injections（CMI） in our hospital.Methods CMI used in our hos-pital from 2006 to 2008 years was statistically analyzed in terms of consumption sum,defined daily dose（DDDs） and average daily con-sumption sum（DDDc）.Results The consumption sum of CMI in 3 years was increased year by year.CMI for treating cardiocerebral vascu-lar diseases steadily dominated the first place in terms of consumption sum and DDDs in 3 years.The DDDc of antitumor CMI ranked the top place.Conclusion The fast increase of the CMI consumption shows that CMI has a great market demand.CMI is the dosage formula-tion with great latent development capacity,especially in developing the Chinese medicine and emergency treatment CMI will be the indis-pensable formulation. |
