薤白预防肠粘连的实验与临床研究

摘    要:目的 探讨薤白对腹部手术后腹腔粘连与肠粘连的预防疗效.方法 随机选用家兔30只,制成肠粘连模型,分别以薤白组、新斯的明组、生理盐水组,进行实验研究,并在动物实验的基础上,应用薤白预防60例腹部术后患者观察治疗.结果动物实验薤白组预防治疗腹腔粘连与肠粘连优于新斯的明组和生理盐水组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).临床应用薤白组与对照组各60例作预防肠粘连与腹腔粘连观察治疗,薤白组优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 早期用薤白对术后肠粘连有较强的预防作用,患者肠功能恢复快,使用方便、安全、价廉,疗效可靠且无不良反应.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the preventive effect of Xiebai on the adhesions of intestine and abdomen after abdominal operation.Methods 30 rabbits selected were made intestinal adhesion model randomly Respectively treatment and experiment with Xiebai,neostigmine and physiological saline.And on the basis of animal studies ,60 patients after abdominal operation were treated with xiebai to prevent the adhesions of intestine and abdomen.Results In the animal experiment,Xiebai group prevention of intestinal and abdomen adhesion and therapy is superior to neostigmine and physiological saline groups;The three groups had significant difference( P <0.01 ).Xiebai groups therapy and the control groups with 60 patients in each prevention of intestinal and abdomen adhesion for observation and treatment,Xiebai group therapy is superior to the control group and they had significant difference ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Early application of Xiebai can effectively prevent the adhesions of intestine and abdomen after operation:is good to the recovery of the patients intestinal function.Convenient and safe in use,cheap,and effective without any side effect,Therefore,It has a wide prospect of application.
