摘    要:实验采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉(30min)后放开(60min),复制脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。通过测定再灌注后海马组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、Na~ -K~ ATPase、Ca~(2 )-ATPase、谷胱甘肤过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量,以观察葛花露对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果表明,葛花露能明显保护脑缺血再灌后海马组织中SOD、GSH-Px、Ca~(2 )-ATPase及Na~ -K~ ATPase活性及降低MDA含量。提示:葛花露对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:In order to observe the effects of puerariae Flos Essence (PFE) on cerebral ischemi-a-reperfusion in rats, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxideases (GSH-Px) and Naf-K ATPase and Ca2 -ATBase and the content of malondialehy (MDA) were determined in brain tissues. During the experiment an animal model with brain ischemia-reperfusion injury was duplicated by ligaturing both sides of arteria carotis communis for 30 minutes followed release for 60minutes. The results showed that PFE could increase the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, Na -K AT-Pase and Ca2 -ATPase and decrease the content of MDA during brain ischemia-reperfusion damage in the rats, which suggests that PFE has pretective effects on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion damage.
