摘    要:本实验用乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)组织化学方法,对5只大鼠回肠肌间神经丛进行研究,发现肌间神经丛的一些神经元,沿毛细血管周围分布,有的甚至与毛细血管壁相紧贴,我们将其称为“毛细血管周神经元”,这些神经元胞体呈梭形、梨形或多角形,均呈NOS阳性反应,而AChE反应阴性。这种神经元可能具有特殊的功能意义。

Abstract:The myenteric plexus of ileum in 5 male or female wistar rats weighing 180-220g were studied by histochemical method for acetylcholinesterase (AChE)and nitric oxide synthase (NOS). We found that some neurons in myenteric plexus were located against the capillary or even closely contacted with the capillary. We refer them as pericapillary neurons The neurons were spindle, pear-like or polygonal in shape and all showed NOS positive reaction but AChE negative reaction. According to the close appositional relationship between the neurons and capillary, we infer that this peculiar type of neurons might be similar to the cerebrospinal fluid-contacting neurons in the central nervous system and might have the function of neurosecretion or reception of the changes of chemical composition in the blood.
