| 摘 要： | 采用LSAB免疫组织化学方法检测了食管上皮从正常———单纯增生——不典型增生——原位癌多阶段过程中PCNA表达的变化,结果表明上述癌前各阶段病变PCNA阳性细胞率依次增高,各组级之间差异显著(P<0.001)。可为筛选食管癌前病变和发现早期癌制定一个较为客观的组织学量化标准。

| Abstract: | Changes in the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in precan-cerous lesions of esophageal epithelia including simple hyperplasia, dysplasia and Carcinoma in situ were determined with the semiquantive labelled strepavidin biotin (LSAB) immunohistochemical staining method. The results showed that the percentage of PCNA-positive cells increased progressively in the precancerous lesions mentioned above, and the differences between the stages were significant (P<0. 001), which enables us to make an objective criteria for diagnosis of precancerous lesions of esophagus. |
