摘    要:目的:研究磁处理水对小鼠肝组织过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠16 只随机分成实验和对照二组,实验组小鼠自由饮用磁处理水,对照组小鼠饮用自来水,15 天后采用愈创木酚比色法(I法)测定小鼠肝组织中过氧化物酶(POD)活性。结果:经测定,实验组小组肝组织过氧化物酶(POD)活性高于对照组。统计学处理采用t检验,二者差异有显著性(P< 0.005)。结论:上述结果表明,小鼠饮用经一定强度磁场处理的水,经一定时间后其机体清除自由基的能力有显著提高。

Abstract:Purpose: Study the influence of the activities of liver peroxidase (POD) in the mice which drank the magnetized water. Method :The Kunming mice were divided randomly into experimental group and control group. The mice of experimental group drank magnetized water and the mice of control group drank common water. After 15 days the activities of liver POD were measured by using Guaiacol colorimetric methods (I). Result: The POD activities of experimental group are statistically higher than those of control group ( P <0.005). Conclusions: The result show that after the mice have been drunk magnetized water with a certain intersity for a period of time, the abilities of the mice to remove free radicals were obviously enhanced.
