SCL-90在中国的应用与分析

目的：对１４年来ＳＣＬ－９０在我国的应用作一总结性再分析。方法：查阅文献、整理、归类；将各研究的数据作为原始数据，重新计算出各人群合并后ＳＣＬ－９０因子均数及标准差，并进行比较。结果：共查到文献１６９篇。ＳＣＬ－９０应用于不同人群的心理健康测查占６９．２３％，用于疗效评定（１０．０６％），精神科疾病症状特点评定（６．５％），与其它量表的相关（１４．２１％）等。不同职业人群ＳＣＬ－９０结果有些差异，大中学生、工人、军人多项心身症状评分高于常模。结论：ＳＣＬ－９０可以广泛应用于不同方面但要正确认识其局限性

The Use and Reanalysis of SCL-90 in China

Objective:To summarize the 14 year's uses of the SCL-90 and to reanalyse in China.Methods:Collecting published articals in journals, recalculating mean and standard deviations according to different groups. Results:Out of 169 articals, 69.23% was used in different groups (normals,medical patients,etc) for mental health screening, 10.06% were used in effective evaluation of therapy, 6.5% in psychiatric diseases and 14.21% in correlating with other scales. The college and high school student, worker, army man had more psychological symptoms than other groups.Conclusion:SCL-90 can be used with a broad range of individuals,but we have to be aware of its shortcomings.
