摘    要:目的探讨血清甲状腺激素水平与抑郁症的关系。方法采用放射免疫法(RIA)分别测定32例正常对照组、56例精神抑郁症患者(其中单相抑郁症25例,双相抑郁症31例)治疗前后TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、TSH浓度。结果患者治疗前TT3水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),FT3明显低于对照组(P<0.01);经过治疗,TT4低于治疗前(P<0.05),且恢复到正常范围;双相抑郁症患者血清FT3明显低于单相抑郁症患者(P<0.05)。结论提示抑郁症患者甲状腺激素水平变化与症状的消失有关,甲状腺激素水平异常是继发于情绪障碍;FT3水平降低可能是双相抑郁症的一个生物学指标。

Abstract:[Objectives] To investigate the relationship between serum thyroxine level and depression. [Methods] Serum TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, TSH were measured by RIA in 32 Healthy normal control and 56 cases with depression, 31 cases with bipolar depression(BD) and 25 cases with unipolar depression(UD), before and after treatment. [Results] Serum TT3 in patients group before and after treatment was higher than that of control group (P <0.01). FT3 in patients group before and after treatment was lower than that of control group (P <0.01). After treatment, TT4 was lower than that before the treatment (P <0.05), and these parameters returned to normal range. Serum FT3 in BD was lower than that in UD (P <0.05). [Conclusions] Serum thyroid hormones level is associated with the changes of symptoms in patients with depression. The thyroxine level abnormality is secondary to the mood distuction. The FT3 level reduction is possibly a bipolar depression biology index.
