孕产妇死亡率推计方法的探讨

目的：探讨利用女性年龄死亡率曲线来推计发展中国家孕产妇死亡率方法的妥当性。方法：利用女性年龄别死亡率曲线，比较1年间（1960－1990）日本孕产妇死亡率推计值和根据人口动态统计发表的孕产妇死亡率。结果：总体来看，推计值和发表值极其一致。结论：在人口统计数值的精度全国相同的情况下，本方法可以用在地区之间的比较，可反映地区之间的不同，同时，此法也可以比较精度相近国家的孕产妇死亡情况。

Study on Estimating Method of Maternal Mortality

Objective To study the property of the method of using age specific motality curue of female to etimate maternal mortality in developing countries.Methods With rapid estimating model,the maternal mortality in Japan was estimated from 1960 to 1990.The assessment was made by application of this method to the published figures of 31 years in Japan.Results Generally the estimated figures are consistent with the published ones.Conclusions The method can be used in the comparation among regions to reflect the difference under the condition that the country has identity precision of demographis figures.In addition,the method can be used to compare the materal mortabity among countries with close precision.
