| 摘 要： | 六神曲为临床常用曲剂，其含有丰富的维生素B 复合体、消化酶、挥发油等多种成分，具有健脾和胃、消食调中等功效，临床多用于饮食停滞、脾胃虚弱、小儿食积及胸痞腹胀的治疗，应用广泛。目前，关于六神曲的研究主要包括制作工艺及质量标准的建立等方面。以六神曲的应用为基础，对近年来关于六神曲酶活性及测定方法等方面的研究进展进行梳理，旨在为六神曲的深入研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Massa Medicata Fermentata is commonly used in clinic that contains rich vitamin B complex, digestive enzymes, volatile oil and other components. It has the moderate effect of invigorating the spleen and stomach and regulating digestion and has been widely used in the treatment of diet stagnation, weakness of the spleen and stomach, food accumulation in children and chest ruffia and abdominal distension. At present, its research includes the establishment of production technology and quality standards.Considering the application of Massa Medicata Fermentata, this review summarized the enzymatic activities in Massa Medicata Fermentata and their determination methods in recent years, aiming at providing favorable information for the further study of Massa Medicata Fermentata. |
