新疆地区光果甘草与胀果甘草化学成分差异的多元统计分析

摘    要:目的 采用多元统计分析,比较研究胀果甘草和光果甘草化学成分的差异,为甘草质量评价提供参考。方法 从新疆喀什、图木舒克、阿克苏及和田等地区分别收集胀果甘草和光果甘草各10批样品,依据课题组已建立的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定胀果甘草和光果甘草中20个化学成分(2个三萜皂苷类、2个香豆素类、3个查耳酮类、13个黄酮类化合物)含量,通过t检验、聚类分析(HCA)、主成分分析(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)评价胀果甘草和光果甘草的化学成分差异。结果 新异甘草苷、异甘草苷、甘草查耳酮A、甘草苷、甘草酚、甘草皂苷G2及异甘草素是胀果甘草和光果甘草的差异化学成分。结论 不同结构类型的化学成分在胀果甘草和光果甘草中含量均存在一定差异,为甘草药材的质量控制和标准制定提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To find the differential chemical components of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma derived from Glycyrrhiza glabra L. and G. inflata Bat. by multivariate statistical analysis and provide a reference for the quality evaluation of the medicinal.Methods A total of 10 batches G. glabra-derived Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and 10 batches of G. inflata-derived Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were collected from Kashgar, Tumushuke, Aksu, and Hotan of Xinjiang, respectively. The content of 20 chemical components (2 triterpene saponins, 2 coumarins, 3 chalcones, and 13 flavonoids) in them was determined with the established high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method, and the differential compounds were evaluated by t-test, hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA), and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA).Results The differential components were neoisoliquiritin, isoliquiritin, licochalcone A, liquiritin, glycyrol, licoricesaponin G2, and isoliquiritigenin.Conclusion Through the chemometric analysis of the content of multiple index chemical copounds, we found the difference in chemical components of different structure types between G. glabra-derived Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and G. inflata-derived Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. The result can serve as a reference for the quality control and standard formulation of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.
