| 摘 要： | 护患交往中的大多数问题都与情感沟通不畅有关。密切护患交往,实现交往目的,要求彼此加强情感沟通,努力消除情感障碍。在护患交往中,护士应当同情、尊重患者,对患者真诚、负责;患者也应当尊重、信任护士,对护士友好、和善。

| Abstract: | Most of the problems in nurse-patient interaction are related to unfavorable affective communication.In order to harmonize nurse-patient relationship and achieve the purpose of nurse-patients interaction,it is necessary to strengthen affective communication each other and minimize the blocks in affective communication.Therefore,in the process of nurse-patient interaction,the nurses should show respect,sympathy,sincerety,responsibility to the patients and provide them with comfort.At the same time,the patients also need to show respect,trust,friendship and kindness to the nurses.Author's address:Office of Politics,Shaoyang High Vocational College of Medical Sciences,Shaoyang 422000,China |
