| 摘 要： | 将健康家兔18只随机分为两组,并造成内毒素血症模型。实验组在注入内毒素前15分钟及注后2小时30分,静脉注入(7mg/kg)山莨菪硷,对照组以相同方式注入生理盐水,两组均在注毒前与注毒后5小时两次取血送检。结果表明:对照组的血清Cr浓度注毒后明显增高,前后差异有显著意义(P<0.05);实验组的血清Zn、Sr浓度明显低于注毒前,前后差异有显著意义(P<0.05),红细胞Pb前后比较下降更显著(P<0.02)。

| Abstract: | 18 normal rabbits were devided into 2 groups randomly.The models of endotoxemia in both of the groups were made by injecting endotoxin.Anisodamine was injected twice into the veins of the experimental rabbits (7mg/kg) first at a quarter before the injection of endotoxin and second at 2.5 hours after that.Physiological saline was injected into the veins of the contrary group in the same way.Blood samples were taken before injecting endotoxin and 5 hours after that respectively.The test results showed that after injecting endotoxin the consistency of serum Cr in the contrary group was increased notablly (P<0.05); the consistencies of serum Zn and Cr in the experimental group were deduced notablly (P<0.05), and so was the RBCPb in the same ones (P<0.02). |
