| 摘 要： | 应用单克隆抗体双面固相酶联分析法(EIA)和免疫放射分析法(IRMA)测定48例正常人,20例甲亢病人、10例甲低病人和121例地方性甲状腺肿流行区居民的血清TSH。TSH—EIA法的结果平均值在各组中均低于IR MA法的结果。除结节型地甲肿组,其他各组两种方法的结果均表现显著相关。两种方法的结果均符合临床诊断。结节型地甲肿组TSH—EIA和IRMA结果不表现相关提示该组病人血清中TSH—α和TSH—β亚基在含量或比率上可能与其他组有差异。

| Abstract: | The concentrations of serum thyrotropin in 48 normals, 20 hatients with hyperthyroidism,10 patients with hypothyroidism and 121 inhabitants in theendemic goiter area were measured by monoclonal-antibody two-sidesolid-phase EIA and immunoradiometric assay (IRMA). The TSH levelsof all groups in EIA were lower than those in IRMA. A significant corre-lation was obtained between the TSH levels of EIA and IRMA in allgroups except in the group of nodular goiter. All TSH levels obtained fromboth methods accorded with clinical diagnosis. The absence of correlation innodular goiter group showed that the quantity or ratio of serum TSH-alphaand TSH-beta subunits was probably different from the other groups. |
