| 摘 要： | 「目的」探讨口服六价铬对小鼠氧化性损伤及维生素Ｃ（Ｖｃ）的保护作用。「方法」选择雄笥显明小鼠５０只，随机分为５组，每组１０只，分别以蒸馏水（对照组）和得铬酸钾溶液灌胃「１０，５０，１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（体重）」，另设一组以１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（本重）给理铬酸钾的同时按５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（体重）给予Ｖｃ，１５天后，观察小鼠体重、工蛋白以及肝、痛、睾丸中匀浆脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）水平、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ
