双能量减影诊断肋骨骨折的应用探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨双能量减影诊断肋骨骨折的方法。方法:对56例患者进行DR双能量减影摄影检查,对骨组织像和标准像进行后处理,使胸部肋骨得到最清晰的显示,比较骨组织像、胸部标准像对肋骨骨折的显示率。结果:胸部标准像显示肋骨骨折117处,显示率88.6%;双能量减影骨组织像显示肋骨骨折132处,显示率为100%。经统计学分析,双能量减影骨组织像对肋骨骨折的显示率高于胸部标准像,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双能量减影能提高肋骨骨折的检出率,且减轻患者的痛苦,建议将双能量减影技术作为肋骨骨折的首选检查手段。

Abstract:Objective To explore the method of diagnosing rib fracture via dual-energy subtraction.Method Total 56 cases of injurers underwent imaging of DR dual-energy subtraction for post processing of image of bone tissue and standard image so as to show the chest ribs most clearly.Then the show rates between image of bone tissue and chest standard image were compared.Results The chest standard image showed 117 rib fractures with 88.6 % show rate;but image of bone tissue via dual-energy subtraction showed 132 rib fractures with 100 show rate.By statistical analysis,show rate of image of bone tissue via dual-energy subtraction was higher than that of chest standard image (P 0.05) .Conclusion Dual-energy subtraction could improve detectable rate of rib fracture with lessening of injurer' s pains.Consequently,dual-energy subtraction technology is recommended to be used as the primary examination method of rib fracture.
