| 摘 要： | 目的:对22份不同产地野菊花中绿原酸、咖啡酸和蒙花苷的含量进行测定,为科学评价及有效控制其质最提供参考.方法:采用Shim-pack C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5 μm);绿原酸和咖啡酸流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸水溶液(19:81);检测波长326 nm.蒙花苷流动相甲醇-水-冰醋酸(26:23:1);检测波长334 mn,柱温25℃;流速1 mL·min-1.结果:绿原酸、咖啡酸和蒙花苷的浓度与峰面积,分别在2.5～50 μg(r=0.998),2.5～25μg(r=0.998),4.97～41.47 μg(r=0.999)呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为100.8%,96.2%,103.7%,RSD分别为2.1%,2.3%,1.8%.结论:不同产地野菊花中绿原酸、咖啡酸和蒙花苷含量存在显著差异,重庆丰都产野菊花中绿原酸含量最高为0.232%,咖啡酸含量整体偏低,江苏和安徽产野菊花中蒙花苷含量基本达到药典规定水平.
