| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响因素,为更好地评估和治疗提供参考。方法:采用描述性设计调查我院96例乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者。采用问卷调查法,问卷由自行设计的一般情况调查表、Piper疲乏量表组成。结果:离异或丧偶、非在职、重度疼痛、紫杉类+吡柔比星化疗方案、有恶心呕吐、有其他副反应这6个因素分别与癌因性疲乏有显著相关性。结论:乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者癌因性疲乏的发生率较高,影响癌因性疲乏的主要因素是工作情况、疼痛、化疗方案、其他副反应等。建议医务工作者针对影响因素提出干预措施,缓解患者癌因性疲乏的程度,提高患者生活质量。
