补骨脂联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的护理干预及疗效观察

目的:观察补骨脂联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:将102例白癜风患者随机分为试验组54例,对照组48例。对照组给予白癜风胶囊4片口服,2次/日,复方卡力孜然酊每日2次外涂;试验组在此基础上加用补骨脂注射液4 ml肌内注射,每周2次,同时给予窄谱中波紫外线照射,每周2次,连续治疗3个月(1个疗程),治疗结束后进行疗效评价。结果:试验组有效率为96.30%(52/54),对照组有效率为91.67%(44/48),两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌内注射补骨脂注射液联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风,起效快,有效率高,能有效提高患者的生活质量。

Psoralen combined with narrow -band ultraviolet therapy viflligo nursing intervention

Objective： To observe the effect of psoralen combined with narrow -band ultraviolet therapy vltiligo. Methods： 102 patients were randondy di- vlded into experimental group of 54 patients, control group of 48 cases. The patients of control group were given the vltiligo capsule four tablets, twice a day, Kaliziran tincture twice a dsy painted. Experimental group on this basis, combined Fructus Psoraleae injection 4 ml intramuscular injection,twlce a week, at the same time, were given NB - UVB irradiation, twice a week, continuous treatment for three months （one course） , the efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results：The experimental group was 96.30% （52/54）, the control group was 91.67% （44/48）, there was statistical significance be- tween the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Used intramuscular injection of psoralen injection combined with narrow band ultraviolet to treatment vitili- go,was rapid onset and high efficiency, it can effectively improve the quality of patients＇ llfe.
