2型糖尿病患者睡眠质量及其影响因素调查分析

目的:分析2型糖尿病患者睡眠状况及其影响因素,为采取有效措施改善2型糖尿病患者的睡眠质量提供依据。方法:采用自制问卷、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者近1个月的睡眠情况。结果:患者PSQI总分平均为(11.27±4.69)分,其结果因年龄、糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、并发症数目、心脑血管疾病及抑郁、焦虑的心理因素存在差异(P<0.05),主要表现为日间功能障碍、入睡时间长、睡眠效率低等。结论:2型糖尿病患者睡眠质量较差,需根据不同的影响因素采取相应的改善措施。

Investigation analysis on the sleep quality of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its related factors

Objective： To analyze the sleep quality of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and influence factors, to provide evidence for effective measures which earl be used to promote the sleep quality of patients with type 2 diabetes meUitus. Methods ： Questionnaire surveys were conducted and pittsburgh sleep quality index（ PSQI）, self-rating depression scale（SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） were used to do research on the sleep quality of an outpatient with type 2 diabetes mellims for nearly one month. Results： The total average of PSQI was （ 11.27 ~ 4.69）, the results were difference due to the age,the course of diabetes,the HbAle,the number of complications,the cardiac cerebral and vascular diseases and the dysphonic psychological factors （ P 〈 0.05 ）, it is mainly characterized as daytime lesion, long time take to fall asleep, low sleep efl＇icieney and so on. Conclusion： Patients with type 2 di- abetes mellitus are often disturbed by low sleep quality, according to different intluene factors need to be taken to improve their quality of sleep.
