健康教育手册对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者服药依从性的影响

目的:探讨健康教育手册对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者服药依从性的影响。方法:将240例心脏瓣膜置换术患者按入院的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各120例。对照组接受常规治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上每人发放一本健康教育手册,比较两组患者术后服药的依从性和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组实施健康教育手册的患者术后服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施健康教育手册的方法,可以加强患者对自己所患疾病的认识,使患者对所患疾病的基本知识和术后抗凝药物治疗有一个深入的了解,并使患者建立起坚持长期服药的决心,从而提高其长期服药的依从性,减少并发症的发生。

Influence of health education manual on the compliance of patients after cardiac valve replacement

Objective ：To explore health education handbook of medication compliance in patients with heart valve replacement after impact. Methods ：240 patients with heart valve replacement were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 120 cases in each group. Control group accepted rou- tine treatment and nursing, the observation group based on each person to issue a health education brochure. Two groups of patients with postoperative medi- cation adherence and the occurrence of complications were compared. Results： Observation group to implement health education of patients medication com- pliance after surgery was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the occurrence of complications was lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： Implementing health education manual method, which can enhance patients＇ perception of their disease patients to have basic knowledge of the disease and postoperative anticoagulant medications have a deep understanding, and established determination to adhere to long - term medication to patients, so as to improve its long -term medication adherence and reduce complications.
