综合护理干预对妇科急腹症患者的影响

目的:探讨综合护理干预对妇科急腹症患者的影响。方法:将我院2010年1月～2012年8月收治的妇科急腹症患者90例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组患者采用综合护理干预,对比观察两组患者的护理效果。结果:试验组患者经综合护理干预后,其疼痛感轻微,焦虑程度降低,住院时间缩短,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科急腹症患者护理工作中采用综合护理干预,可以有效降低患者的不良情绪,缓解其疼痛程度,值得临床应用。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with gynecological acute abdomen

Objective： To study the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with acute abdomen for clinical reference. Methods ： Chose 90 cases of gynecological acute abdomen patients admitted from January 2010 to August 2012 as research subjects, patients with acute abdomen were randomly divided into control greup and experimental group with 45 cases in each group,the control group received conventional nursing, the experimental group pa- tients with comprehensive nuring intervention. Tocompare and observe the nursing effect of the two groups. Results：The experimental group after received comprehensive intervention of patient care, pain slightly reduced patient anxiety state, shorter hospital stays, compared with the control group of patients there was a significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention in the gynecological acute abdomen patient care work, patients can effectively reduce the negative emotions, relieve pain level ,it is worthy of application.
