基层医院开展优质护理服务的实践与体会

目的:明确护理人员职责,提供优质护理服务。方法:首先在两个试点病房开展优质护理服务,再依次在其他两个病房陆续推广;修订各项工作制度、工作流程和岗位职责;实行责任包干;加强护理质量管理和人力资源管理;分层级使用护士,明确护理服务内容;配合人事改革薪酬机制。结果:提高了护理质量及患者满意度,改变了护士的服务理念,明确了优质护理的内涵。结论:优质护理服务的实践改变了护士服务的理念,提高了护理质量。
