I类切口围手术期预防用抗菌药物干预前后的对比分析

目的：分析干预前后I类切口手术围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的对比情况，了解围手术期抗菌药物管理和干预措施的效果。方法：采用回顾性调查方法对2011年1月-3月间173例I类切1：2手术患者病例与2012年1月3月间203例I类切口手术病例，在抗菌药物的使用方面进行了对比分析。结果：I类切口围手术期患者抗菌药物的使用率从2011年100％下降至2012年27％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在给药时机、用药疗程等方面的合理性均有显著提高，但在药物选择方面还存在一定问题。结论：干预措施对减少抗菌药物应用的不合理因素有了明显改善，用药的合理性还有一定的提高空间，还需进一步加强干预和监管。

Contrastive Analysis of Prophylactic Use of Antibiotics in Perioperative Period of Class I Incision Operations before and after Intervention

Objective： To analyse the contrast before and after the intervention of class I incision operations during perioperativc period of prophylactic use of antibiotics and to evaluate the effect of the intervention measures and perioperative antibiotic drug management. Methods： Retrospective study of the class I incision surgery 173 cases from l to 3 in 2011 and 203 cases from 1 to 3 in 2012 investigation of the use of antibiotics and comparative statistical results. Results： The rate of utilizing antibiotics dropped from 100% in 2011 to 27% in 2012, with statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.At the time of administration, drug treatment and other aspects reasonableness had of significant improvement, but at the drug of choice there were still some issues. Conclusion： The effect of intervention measures of antibiotics application to reduce the unreasonable factors effect obvious, but the rational use of drugs still need to be improved and intervention and regulation need to be further strengthened.
