骨样骨瘤的诊断与治疗

目的探讨骨样骨瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对15例骨样骨瘤的临床特点、X线、CT、MRI表现及治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例中,8例经手术治疗,其中3例行植骨术,7例行CT引导下经皮穿刺切除术,术后无复发,病变部位疼痛、跛行症状消失。无植骨反应,无病理性骨折。结论根据骨样骨瘤的临床特点、患病部位疼痛及X线、CT表现等可见典型的瘤巢,诊断并不困难。本病痛苦大,确诊后宜早期手术治疗。

Diagnosis and treatment of osteoid osteoma

Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment of osteoid osteoma.Methods Fifteen cases of osteoid osteoma were studied retrospectively.8 patients were treated by operation,among them 3 patients were bone grafted,7 patients were removed by CT guided percutaneous removal of osteoid osteoma.And all of them had been followed up for more than 8 months.The clinical and radiographic features and treatment methods were analyzed.Results There were no evidence of recurrence,graft bone reaction and pathologic fracture.The symptoms,such as pain,claudication,disappeared after operation.Conclusions According to the clinical feature,pain in focallesion,radiographic findings,and the diagnosis of osteoid osteoma is not difficult.Once the diagnosis confirmed,the operation should be carried out in early stage to avoid the pain.
