斯奇康注射液联合抗痨药物治疗复治菌阳肺结核

摘    要:目的 评价斯奇康注射液联合抗痨药物治疗复治菌阳肺结核的疗效。方法  12 6例涂阳复治病人随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组以常规抗痨方案 2 S(E) HRZ/ 4 HR联合斯奇康注射液。对照组为 2 S(E) HRZ/ 4 HR。结果  2月末及疗程结束时痰菌阴转率、X线胸片病灶吸收显效率及有效率 ,治疗组显著高于对照组。经统计学处理皆有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 斯奇康注射液联合抗痨药物治疗复治菌阳肺结核 ,痰菌转阴快 ,病灶吸收明显。临床疗效高、使用安全 ,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of Siqikang Injection combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in treating pulmonary tuberculosis patients with retreated sputum-positive.Methods 126 Pulmonary tuberculosis patients with retreated sputum-positive were divided into therapy group and comparison group randomly. The therapy group was treated by general anti-tuberculosis scheme 2S(E) HRE/4HR combined with Siqikang Injection, and the comparison group was 2S(E) HRE/4HR. Results The therapy group had a higher overall effective rate and a higher rate of focus absorption as shown on X-ray thoracic radiography than the comparison group: P < 0.05.Conclusion There is obvious effect on retreated sputum-positive and focus absorption showed on X-ray with Siqikang Injection combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in treating the patients. It is effective, safe and worthy of recommendation for a wider use.
