摘    要:目的:优化黄精多糖的水提醇沉工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计,以多糖量为指标,优化黄精多糖水提醇沉工艺。结果:优化水提醇沉提取条件为加水量8∶1,提取1.5 h,提取4次,提取液浓缩后加4倍量无水乙醇沉淀。结论:该优化工艺简便、合理,黄精多糖的提取效率高。

Abstract:Objective: To select the optimum extraction procedure for polysaccharide from rhizoma polygonati by water extraction and alcohol precipitation (WEAP) . Method: The optimum extraction procedure was selected with the content of rhizoma polygonati by orthogonal test design. Result: The optimum extraction procedure was determined with 8 times of water decocting 1. 5h and 4 times, and the polysaccharide was precipitated with 4 times alcohol. Conclusion: The optimum extraction procedure was simple, reliable and the extracting ratio was high.
