| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨人体两侧大脑皮质供血状态及男女之间的差异。②方法 应用彩色多普勒超声仪检测２４６例健康人左右颈总动脉内径及其平均血流速度和血流量。③结果 人体左右两侧颈总动脉平均内径、平均血流速度和平均流量之间比较，差异均无显著性（ｔ＝０．９９８～１．１１６，均〉０．０５）；但男女之间颈总动脉平均血流量比较，差异有极显著性（ｔ＝３．６８９，Ｐ〈０．０１）。④结论 人体两侧大脑皮质供血平衡，但随年龄增加

| Abstract: | Objective\ To study the blood supply of cerebral cortex on both sides of human being and the difference between males and females.\ Methods\ Using color ultra doppler probing, we detected the diameter, average blood stream and blood supply of the arteria carotis communis on both sides of 246 healthy persons.\ Results\ There was no significant difference in terms of the diameter, average speed of blood and average blood supply of both sides. But there was significant difference of average blood supply of arteria carotis communis between males and females.\ Conclusion\ The blood supply of both sides of cerebral cortex of human being is equal, but there is significant difference of average blood supply between males and females with the increasing of age. |
