清热化湿法对温病湿热证大鼠抗利尿激素的影响

目的采用复合因素造模法建立大鼠湿热证模型。在此基础上研究清热化湿法（复合治法）对该湿热证模型大鼠抗利尿激素（ADH）的影响。并同时进行清热解毒（分治法）、宣气化湿法（分治法）的对比研究，探讨清热化湿等法纠正温病湿热证水、电解质失衡的作用机制与ADH释放的关系。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、湿热模型组、清热化湿（A）法治疗组、清热解毒（B）法治疗组、宣气化湿（c）法治疗组、阳性对照（D）治疗组。采用肥甘饮食、高温高湿及外加感染鼠伤寒杆菌等复合因素模拟建立温病湿热证大鼠模型，观察经清热化湿法治疗后温病湿热模型大鼠ADH的浓度变化。结果清热化湿法可以调节湿热证模型大鼠血液ADH释放水平。

Influence of Clearing away Heat and Resolving Dampness on Antidiuretic Hormone(ADH) of the Rat with Damp-heat Sydrome Epidemic Febrile Disease

Objective: To establish models of damp-heat syndrome rats by compound factors, on which to observe the effect of clearing away heat and dampness (compound therapy), Meanwhile, take comparative research among the method of clearing away heat and relieve toxicity (fraction therapy). Methods: To inspect A, B, C's effect on rats' epidemic febrile disease syndrome of damp and heat obstructing in the middle models, adopt a richly fatty and sweet diet, high temperature, additional infeded typhoid fever bacterium and other compound factors to imitate rats' epidemic febrile disease syndrome of damp and heat models. And randomly divided the rats into normal control group, damp-heat syndrome group. A group ,B group, C group, masculine comparing group. The method of enzyme was used to detect rats' ADH. Results: The method of clearing away damp and heat has the effects as follows:Reduce significantly rats' ADH level in the blood.
