大学生职业成熟度、求职意向与求职行为的关系

目的探讨大学生求职意向、求职行为的特点,以及职业成熟度与求职意向、求职行为之间的关系。方法使用职业成熟度问卷、求职强度量表、求职意向问卷对664名高校大学生进行调查。结果男女生的求职意向、求职行为存在显著差异(t=-6.104,P=0.000;t=2.210,P=0.027);大学生的求职意向、求职行为与其是否为独生子女相关不显著(t=-1.564,P=0.118;t=0.193,P=0.847);不同年级的学生在求职意向上无显著差异(F=0.940,P=0.421),但在求职行为上有显著差异(F=28.953,P=0.000);来自不同地区的学生其求职意向、求职行为均存在显著差异(F=4.273,P=0.014;F=7.439,P=0.001);大学生职业成熟度与求职意向、求职行为均存在显著正相关(r=0.22,P<0.01;r=0.08,P<0.05)。结论大学生职业成熟度对求职意向、求职行为具有一定的预测作用。

The Relationship among Career Maturity,Job Search Intention and Job Search Behavior of College Students

Objective To explore the characteristic of college students＇ job search intention and job search behavior,and discuss the relationship among career maturity,job search intention and job search behavior.Methods A total of 664 college students were investigated with career maturity scale,job search intention scale and job search intensity scale.Results There were significant gender differences in job search intention and job search behavior（t=-6.104 P=0.000,t=2.210 P=0.027）;there were no significant differences in college students＇ job search intention and job search behavior between the only-child and the non-only-child（t=-1.564 P=0.118,t=0.193 P=0.847）;there was no difference in college students＇ job search intention（F=0.940 P=0.421）,but the difference between grades of job search behavior was significant（F=28.953 P=0.000）;there was no significant difference in college students＇ job search intention and job search behavior between urban and rural areas（F=4.273 P=0.014,F=7.439,P=0.001）;career maturity,job search intention and job search behavior were significantly correlated（r=0.22,P0.01;r=0.08,P0.05）.Conclusion Career maturity of college students can predict their job search intention and job search behavior effectively.
