| 摘 要： | 目的观察静脉营养液联合心理干预治疗妊娠剧吐的疗效。方法将入选患者随机分为实验组与对照组。对照组补充静脉营养液,卧床休息,常规护理;实验组在给予对照组相同治疗外,在护理中实施心理支持疗法。结果实施心理干预的实验组其总有效率优于对照组(χ2=8.19,P<0.05),平均住院天数少于对照组(t=7.09,P<0.01)。结论静脉营养液联合心理治疗能提高妊娠剧吐患者的治疗效果,减少住院天数。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of intravenous nutritional solution combined psychological intervention on hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received fluid infusion,bed rest and conventional care;The experimental group received psychological support therapy on the basis of the same treatment as control group.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in control group(χ2=8.19,P<0.05),the average length of hospital stay was less than that in control group(t=7.09,P<0.01).Conclusion Intravenous nutritional solution combined psychological intervention can improve the effect of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum,and reduce the length of hospital stay. |
