时间管理团体辅导对小学生学业拖延的影响

摘    要:目的探讨时间管理团体辅导对小学生学业拖延的干预效果。方法采用实验组与对照组前后测准实验设计,选取20名小学生为被试,采用青少年时间管理倾向量表、学业拖延量表测试并观察在干预后3个月团体辅导的效果。结果干预前实验组与对照组在时间管理倾向量表和学业拖延量表得分无显著差异(P>0.05);辅导后实验组与对照组比较,时间管理量表总分显著提高(t=13.219,P<0.01),学业拖延量表得分显著下降(t=-2.918,P<0.001),实验组被试时间管理学业拖延前、后测差异显著(t=8.509,P<0.001;t=5.119,P<0.01)。结论时间管理团体辅导能有效提高小学生的时间管理能力,改善小学生学业拖延行为。

The Effect of Time Management Group Counseling on Academic Procrastination in the Preliminary School Students

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of time management group counseling on academic procrastination in preliminary schools students.Methods A total of 20 students with academic procrastination from the preliminary school in Huhhot city were chosen,ten students as the experimental group and ten students as the control group.By using Adolescent Time Management Disposition Inventory(ATMDI)and Academic Procrastination Questionnaire(APQ)the effect of grouping counseling was observed in the before,after and three months later.Results There were no differences in the pre-test scores of ATMDI and APQ before group counseling between two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of experimental group of ATMDI after group training were significantly increased(t=13.219,P<0.01) as well as the scores of APQ were significantly decreased(t=-2.918,P<0.001).The scores of ATMDI(t=8.509,P<0.001) and APQ (t=5.119,P<0.01)were significantly differences between before and after the group training in the experimental group,however there were no differences in the control group.Conclusion The group counseling based on time management theory can enhance time management skills of primary school students and improve the status of primary school academic procrastination.
