低年资企业员工心理资本对工作倦怠的影响

摘    要:目的探讨低年资企业员工心理资本与工作倦怠的关系。方法采用心理资本量表和工作倦怠量表对160名低年资企业员工进行调查。结果低年资企业员工的心理资本和工作倦怠有极其显著的负相关(r-=0.498,P<0.01),心理资本各维度与工作倦怠各维度也存在着显著的负相关;心理资本对工作倦怠的3个维度有负向预测作用(β1=-0.36、β2=-0.40、β3=-0.35)。结论缺乏心理资本的低年资企业员工会导致个体较严重的工作倦怠。

The Impact of Psychological Capital on Job Burnout of Junior Employee

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between psychological capital and job burnout of junior employee.Methods A total of 160 junior employees were asked to complete the psychological capital scale and job burnout scale.Results Psychological capital was negatively related to job burnout of junior employee(r=-0.498,P<0.01),four dimension of psychological capital were negatively related to three dimension of job burnout.Psychological capital predicted three dimension of job burnout negatively.(β1-=0.36,β2-=0.40,β3=-0.35).Conclusion Junior employees who are lack of psychological capital will lead to the worse job burnout.
