乳腺癌患者配偶罗伊理论适应能力培养探讨

目的调查乳腺癌患者配偶生活质量,探讨罗伊理论能力培训对配偶护理行为的影响。方法对142名乳腺癌患者配偶进行罗伊理论培训,并采用FACESⅡ-CV和CSFQ量表对培训前后乳腺癌夫妇性生活质量测评。讨论家庭关怀行为、个别真诚沟通、集体座谈或授课及出院后指导等。建立乳腺癌患者夫妇罗伊理论网上论坛、答疑与咨询,并于培训前后对配偶和患者进行测评。结果乳腺癌患者配偶培训后夫妻生活质量、患者对丈夫的满意度与培训前比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。家庭亲密度和适应性与培训前比较亲密度提高(t=10.108,P<0.01)适应性没有显著下降(t=0.838,P>0.05)。结论采用罗伊理论适应能力方案对乳腺癌患者配偶实施健康教育,有意识引导家庭亲密度和适应性,可提高患者生活质量和满意度,有效地改善夫妇心理状况。

Influence of Roy Theoretical Training on Adaptation of Breast Cancer Patients'Spouses

Objective To survey the quality of life for spouses of breast cancer patients,and explore the influence of the Roy theoretical training for the care behavior of spouse.Methods A total of 142 spouses of breast cancer patients were trained on Roy theory.The evaluation of sexual quality for breast cancer couples were assessed by Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scales Chinese Version(FACESⅡ-CV)and CSFQ table.And family caring behavior,individual sincere communication,collective discussion or teaching and guidance after discharge were discussed.Online forums,answering questions and consulting of Roy theory were established and spouse and patients were evaluated before and after training.Results The evaluation of sexual quality for breast cancer couples after training had good effect.The differences were statistically significant.Family cohesion and adaptability were improved after training.Conclusion Roy theoretical adaptation can improve the quality of life,and effective in improving couples psychological conditions.
