| 摘 要： | 目的了解和掌握住院飞行人员的心理健康状况。方法对2006年1月-2011年12月住院飞行人员710例进行艾森克人格测验、症状自评量表(SCL-90)测验。结果 710人中筛选出阳性者64人,心理健康状况阳性率为9%;不良情绪反应38人,占5.4%。医务人员对飞行人员针对性地进行了心理健康维护与心理干预措施。结论心理健康维护和心理状态的调整利于飞行人员提高心理素质,减少疾病的发生,提高部队战斗力。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mental health status of aircrew in hospital.Methods A total of 710 aircrew in hospital from January 2006 to December 2011 were evaluated with SCL-90 and EPQ.Psychological intervention approach was performed.Results A total of 64 cases were positive in SCL-90(9%),38 cases had bad emotion(5.4%).Psychological intervention could take measures in some degrees.Conclusion The sufficient concern and necessary psychological intervene are helpful to aircrew,which make them improve battle effectiveness. |
