飞行员个性特征与认知能力的分析

目的探讨飞行员个性特征与认知能力的关系。方法采用中国科学院心理研究所李德明教授编制的《基本认知能力测验》系统2.0版。该测验共分数字快速拷贝、汉字快速比较、心算、正反字识别、心算答案回忆、双字词再认和无意义图形再认。同时完成艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)的填写。结果在精神质倾向中,稳定型个性占了调查者的多数,而认知能力上只有数字快速拷贝因子在个性特征为稳定型中显示了明显优势,具有显著性差异(F=7.48;P<0.05);内外向、神经质或情绪稳定维度的认知能力没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论该群体飞行员具有稳定、外倾型的良好性格特怔,也更适合飞行职业的要求。

Pilots' Personality Traits and Cognitive Abilities

Objective To exploye the relationship between personality trait and cognitive ability of pilots.Methods system 2.0 that prepared by professor Li deming of psychology institute in Chinese academy of sciences,included 7 sub-tests:Digital quick copy,quick comparing of character,mental arithmetic,positive and negative recognition,recall the mental arithmetic answer,double-word recognition and meaningless picture recognition.As well as the Erikson’s personality questionnaire was used.Results There were much more part of steady personality for nervousness.To the cognitive ability,only digital copy factor showed distinguished superiority in steady personality sample(F=7.48,P<0.05);by the factors of extroversion-introversion,nervousness or emotional steadiness trend,cognitive ability factor didn’t show significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion This group of pi;ots is stable,extraversion and good personality traits,so more suitable for a tlying career.
