摘    要:目的:采用柱层析-紫外可见分光光度法测定6批桑叶中总黄酮的含量。方法:以芦丁为对照品,510nm处测定桑叶中总黄酮的吸收度。结果:线性范围为0.0090~0.0452mg/ml,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.3%。结论:该方法测定桑叶中总黄酮,方法简便,灵敏度和准确度高。

Determination of the Content of Total Flavonoid in Leaves of Morus alba L.by Spectrophotometry

Abstract:Objective:Content of total flavoniod in leaves of Morus alba L.was determined by spectrophotometry.Methods:The detection was set at 510nm.Results:The method was linear with in the range of 0.0090~0.0452mg/ml,r =0.9999. The average recovery of assay was 98.5% and RSD=1.3% with reference to Rutin.Conclusion:The mothod is simple and convenient,high sensitivity and accuracy. It can be used for the determination of total flavonoid.
