| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医学生心理控制源与职业成熟度的关系。方法采用《大学生职业成熟度量表》和《内控性、有势力他人和机遇量表》对836名医学生进行问卷调查。结果①内控性与医学生职业成熟度存在显著正相关(r=0.272,P<0.01);②有势力他人因子、机遇与医学生职业成熟度存在显著负相关(r=-0.318,-0.296;P<0.01);③内控性、有势力他人、机遇对职业成熟度的高低具有一定的影响作用(β=0.285,P<0.01;β=-0.156,P<0.05;β=-0.222,P<0.01)。结论①医学生心理控制源与其职业成熟度存在显著相关;②通过改变大学生的心理控制源倾向,可能会促进其职业成熟度的提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between medical students’ locus of control and career maturity.Methods Career Maturity Scale and Internality,Powerful Others and Chance Scale were administrated to 836 medical students.Results ①Positive correlation existed between internality and career maturity（r=0.272,P〈0.01）;②Negative correlation existed between powerful others,chance and career maturity（r=-0.318,-0.296,P〈0.01）;③Internality,powerful others and chance could affect career maturity（β=0.285,P〈0.01;β=-0.156,P〈0.05;β=-0.222,P〈0.01）.Conclusion ①Significant correlation exists between locus of control and career maturity;②It has potential to improve the career maturity through by means of changing the tendency of college students’ locus of control. |
